About Me

I write about science and technology + industrial policy, cybernetics, alternative visions of technological progress, politics, philosophy, culture, food history, Soviet history, and critical science, technology, and society (STS) studies.

I am currently finishing my Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Society (Honors) and Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University.

Before Stanford, I obtained my Associate of Arts summa cum laude from Ohlone College, where I triple majored in Political Science, Economics, and Philosophy, and was the first and only person in 8 years to win the departmental award in Philosophy.

In a past life, I sought a commission as an Intelligence Officer through the U.S. Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps.
